Check-In & Check-Out
Guests must check in by 4:00 PM and vacate by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Bike Rentals
Bike rentals are available exclusively for guests. A waiver is required before use. All equipment is provided in a clean, ready condition.
Guest Capacity
The property is designed for up to four guests. Any additional guests will be charged an extra fee to cover cleaning and maintenance costs.
Cleaning & Fees
A cleaning fee of $100 is charged for every stay. This covers the cost of linen replacement and professional cleaning. No refunds are issued for cancellations.
